Another Room Done!
This last weekend I made Rob paint my kitchen. I told him it was a job that had to be done before the new baby came. And being the wonderful husband he is went right to work no grumbling or complaining (ya right, I told him in April and it just got done after lots of nagging). I told him I would take Matt away for the two days so he wouldn't have a little helper and I needed to be out of the house anyway. So Matt and I took of and did some shopping for the new kid (diapers and such) and Rob did a great job getting
everything done in two days! I love it and can't wait to get another room done, but I had better bide my time or Rob will go on strike.

Ugh, I hate that "I want this done before the baby gets here" bullshit.
ReplyDeleteI made Amber cry more than once when I refused to give in to that nonsense.
You know what I want done before the baby gets here? Nothing, because the baby doesn't care if the kitchen is painted or not.
